What happens when I payoff my mortgage?

Once you have paid your mortgage off in full, we will prepare and record a Satisfaction of Mortgage with the County Clerk and drop the original recorded document in the mail to you.

How much is my payoff?

Please contact us for the exact payoff amount. Your most recent principal balance is not your payoff, it may be close, but it's not the exact payoff amount.

Can I make Payments online?

Yes, you can make payments anytime online. We accept Debit and Credit Card payments 24/7 online.

Is there a fee to payoff my mortgage early?

No, you can payoff your mortgage at anytime with no penalties.

How long do you have to make your monthly payment before accruing a late fee?

You have a fifteen (15) day grace period from your due date. Once you past the grace period a 5% late fee is automatically added, and if we have not heard from you a Demand Letter will be sent, which as well comes with a $150 attorney's fee.
